 Frank Gresham, CMTPT Frank Gresham has traveled to Norway and throughout the United States assisting in teaching Dr. Travell's protocol for myofascial trigger point therapy. A graduate of the American Institute of Myofascial Studies, Frank is a member of the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists, the American Academy of Pain Management, and the International Myopain Society. A Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist, Frank was an intern at the Shaw Institute of Myofascial Pain Treatment and is currently practicing in Springfield, Virginia.
